If you do not agree with all of these terms of use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and you must discontinue use immediately.

 We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third arty for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.

 We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Site, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Site at any time or for any reason without notice to you. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any inconvenience. These Terms shall be governed by English Law. In This Colour and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

Cookies provide us with information about how this website is used so we can keep it as up to date, relevant and mistake free.

The reason for this is to continuously make improvements to our website to benefit our customers and products.

 

9. Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping:

Single A6 prints, A5 prints and greetings cards will be posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class. There is no option to track this delivery. These sized packages will fit through your letterbox.

 

All other size products will be posted via Royal Mail Tracked 24 unless Express Delivery is selected at the checkout. We will email you your dispatch number and tracking information once your purchase is ready to be sent.

 

Returns:

 We accept exchanges and refunds for non personalised prints. Personalised prints are non-refundable.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items:

We always want our customers to be delighted with our products, so if your purchase arrives damaged, faulty or any issues with your order then please contact us immediately! We will always try our best to sort this out for you.

 

Please note all returns must be notified to us and returned within 14 days after purchasing and within it's original packaging.
